Shred, by Celebrity Fit Club’s Ian K. Smith, has shot to the top of the USA chart, with an emphasis on portion control and meal spacing. Raw food and intermittent fasting books are currently popular, Raw Energy and The 8-Hour Diet. Wheat Belly is still selling well, with the Wheat Belly Cookbook selling in similar numbers.
In the UK, there’s a sudden fascination with intermittent fasting, with The 5:2 Diet Book and The Fast Diet recommending 5 days of feasting and 2 days of fasting / severely reduced calories. Hairy Dieters is still very popular.
