Bestselling diet books November 2012 – USA: Wheat Belly, Digest Diet; UK – Hairy Dieters

The gluten-free Wheat Belly has found its way back to the top of the charts in the USA, with the newer Digest Diet and Choose to Lose close behind. A paleo book is more popular than any of the plant-based diets for the first time in many months.

In the UK, Hairy Dieters is ruling the roost, with another low-fat diet book following behind. For the first time since we started tracking the bestsellers last April, the Dukan Diet doesn’t feature in the top 5 of any of these charts.

The positions in the bestselling charts are according to a snapshot of book sales from Amazon. The number in brackets next to the top titles is the ranking in all books – i.e. Wheat Belly (book) is the no. 37 top selling book in the USA on Amazon.
